The height of milling in Jersey was during the 18th Century when eastern European wheat would be ground on-island and then transported as far away as Canada and the US. Le Moulin de Quétivel dates back to this time and was restored by the National Trust in 1978 after it burnt down in 1969. Prior to this date, it had fallen into disrepair. Find out more here.
